why wont my rqssp client start

why wont my rqssp client start when i press start if i loaded the P$ info that i purchased

first define "wont start":
-doesnt load
-loads up and crashes ?
-loads up and doesnt connect
-loads up and gives you an error
-loads up and you see just a black window

assuming it worked before, my guess is you probably screwed up the .conf file when you edited it.

Also.. there is no "start" for you to press... it's a program... i'll assume you're on windows, so.. just like any other program./

Hey but now on my sat box i don have the auto roll option anymore and it wont responds to f1 000 or f1555
