Xfta dongle and cw 800

So i connected the dongle to my cw box i input my ps info. Pressed start button. Shows running but when i look at log viewer show that it fails yo connect. Can somebody tell my why and how to get it working please

so my post has been up for 2 months now it seem to have a lot of views but no one ****ing comments to try and fix this situation

I do not use XFTA but Make sure both boxes ( receiver & xfta ) are dhcp.
Also you might try reloading files.
