Had a friend help me get my dish all setup for 110/119
He's not sure if it will work but has given me his old cnx mini receiver and a dongle from a non working satzen.
anybody know if this combo would work together? and if it will, which files for the mini?
Or should i just buy a new box

need to read in mini files section,looks like it will work, but read and see if you want to go the extra mile.some don't mind while other keep up with the newer and easier setup type boxes.only you can choose.good testing.
I don't believe that it will work with the dongle. I you are interested in getting the mini working with a p$ read up on cnxemu.Quote:

go to the x-factor section and dl the xx-client file posted..
load the latest(last) file into the mini.
you will be running in minutes with a serial null cable hooked to your pc.
oh,
you will need a p$ also to enter into server info on xx-client.
