Matt Hardy came out to cut a promo and address the entire Briscoe family after this weekend’s Best in the World iPPV for Ring of Honor Wrestling. Hardy beat former ROH world champion Kevin Steen earlier in the night. He’s set to face Jay Briscoe for the title at a later date, on behalf of Steve Corino and SCUM.
