How to assemble 3rd Party DVB S/S2 Tuner Module & 3rd Party 8PSK Turbo Module LS400/LS500

* YOU MUST MAKE SURE POWER CABLE IS NOT CONNECTED INTO DEVICE.
You are not allowed to turn on device while assembly process, it will damage and kill Tuner module, LS400, and Pinwheel media player.

1) Take out device from Gift Box.

2) Unscrew Screws at Rear Panel ( 7 total )

3) Unscrew Screws at right/left sides ( 1 each - 2 total)

4) Pull out Rear Panel carefully and then it will be separated from Bottom case.

5) Prepare Tuner module, LS400, and extra rear panel (different from original rear panel).

VERY IMPORTANT
6) Insert LS400 into Tuner module very carefully. Make sure header pins are inserted completely.
PINS MUST ALIGN 100% CORRECTLY OR YOU WILL SHORT THE DVBS2 and LS MODULE - USE EXTREME CAUTION

7) Put extra rear panel into the bottom case of the device.

8) ATTENTION!! VERY IMPORTANT!!
FIRST PUT WHITE COLOR FLAT CABLES INTO THE SLOTS OF THE MAIN BOARD COMPLETELY,
AND THEN, ASSEMBLE TUNER MODULE INTO REAR PANEL.

THEREFORE, FIRST MOTHERBOARD AND SECOND INSERT TUNER THROUGH BACK PLATE HOLES!

9) Put Nuts, Washers on RF connectors and put on screws (4ea) at rear panel.
Make sure FLAT Cables are inserted completely into the slots again.

10) Cover Top case to the device and put on screws (3ea)

11) Put on screws on right/ left sides of the case.

12) All assembly process is done now.
