Can the Jynxbox Android be used for FTA, or is it geared solely towards internet media?

Looking to replace an older FTA box and like the flexibility of the Android system, but my primary need is an FTA rx.
It is a streaming media player and cannot be used for FTA.
but it does have an atsc tuner that can be used to get you the free ota stuff
The ultimate Video machine for me would be Android 4.2 OS XBMC machine that also works for FTA.
Does this exist, or is anyone developing such an animal?
