Linkbox 300 HD Tuner?

Does anybody know if FTA tuner has a blind scan and the option to add new satellite?
There is Nothing, Nothing in Specifications about the satellite tuner.

Now that is an excellent question, now a days a FTA receiver without blind scan is like buying a car without an engine.
