spend too much money and made mistake how to fix it

I hope somebody can help I made a big mistake I bought a used att I phone 5c on creglist after I get home I find out the dam phone is on activation lock anybody know how to fix it any clue thanks

You have to have a SIM card for the provider to get pass that part

You might find it's a lost or stolen phone. Careful with this one.

you have too take it in and get SIM card activated...
