XFTA Freezing Fix - step by step guide

For the last three days I was trying to flash my XFTA router with X-fta-xx-client-920-Techno-Cyber.trx file. The given instructions were not clear and got more complexed when different users suggested different solutions.

I struggled a lot and finally got my router worked. I also thought of preparing a step by step guide so other users can benefit from it. I tried my best to keep all the instructions clear and hope a moderator can put this as sticky so all the XFTA users can flash their router without any issues.
