Does anyone know how to ?
I was messing yesterday with the receiver and I uploaded some default setting and now I have Bev Channels (not working) instead of Dish. I don't know what to do, since my remote is not working anymore.
PS : I usually watch only the 871 with the receiver, so not having a remote wasn't an issue till today.

Well, since no one else replied as yet....
Fix your remote.
Buy a new remote.
Mod the code to support a remote that you have.
Use a PC as a remote.
Pick one.
Perhaps the quickest would be to use PC as remote if you can't fix the remote you have. Depending on the PC available you can use lirc site to find your remote and maybe a parallel port or serial port to send the data--just need an IR LED and a resistor basically. If your PC does not have those ports, you might be able to use usb port and a usb to serial dongle.
