satzen does not conect to the internet

hello my people my satzen 500 does not connect to the internet I try everything put the factory program erase the box scan everything change bin I hope somebody can help me please I start thinking that dongle is not working but I have no way to know that please let me know thanks

unplug all devices. Plug modem back in and wait for it to come all the way up. Now do the same with the rest. good luck
