If I do a factory reset I don't think I lose the info loaded with the after file LNB's, sat's etc

Yes......you will lose all.
You could save the sat/channels to usb before a reset.Quote:

This is a replacement reciever for one that did the same out of the box Been a piece of crap from day 1.
I would never recommend it to anyone.
