Server can't connect shows on KBOX Prodigy how to fix

hi guys, I need your help, I already did many time Factory Reset & I start Loading this Files 1by 1 by following Factory Reset during file loading instrustions.

1st Load -- “Factory File : k1pro_181_20100218”,
2nd Load -- load the latest Bin File : PS107-CA,
On the Black BOX it is written clearly "KBOX the Prodigy", so I loaded the above files, hope I load the correct files. Please make me correct, if it is wrong.

And I have Black color KBOX KHUB V4 written on it.

So still it says "Can't connect to Server", what I am doing wrong, still I could not find. as shown in SYSTEM INFO shows below only
Model#K1 Pro
Loader Version : L 1.00.00 (here it is not written like this L 1.00.11, do you think still it is ok)
Hardware Version : HMV03 1.00.00
Application Version : PS1.07_20110407_0005 (this is a Bin file PS107_CA I think)
Build Date : Apr 07 2011

Please remember "IT WILL SHOW SERVER IS CONNECTED ONLY FOR 30 SECONDS" then "shows can't connect to Server" all the time.



UPDATE : on my KHUB I notice always GREEN light only,
I mean I even not connect Ethernet wire, still shows GREEN light only.
or o connect Ethernet wire from Router to KHUB, still shows GREEN light only.
so I never see any other light on my KHUB like RED light etc, even Ethernet is not connected from Router to KHUB.
So I like to know what is this mean, is this KHUB is Good or BAD. If Bad KHUB then how to re fix it back.

pull the KHUB..pwr off the router then modem..plug hub back then reboot router-modem..try that..but honestly dude..sounds like bad hub..

sounds like hub is toast but not sure It could be sent away to get reflashed

friend you don,t talk on your post anything about the private server code,have you bought a code to connect to the server and watch tv....

yaa I have to PS Code every thing, the Code is fine, just the KHUB is not fine, may be BAD.

But I still have one old days SILVER Hub, do you guys know I can use it,
is there any way I can UPGRADE my Silver KHUB to V4 or V5.

If any info, I will try to FLASH on this Silver to get back to work.

Hi everyone,

Ive been out of touch with testing since blue cards,

I have this kbox heros plus and the khub with v4 written on it.

Actually I had kbox pro that gone dead for some reason. no light, no error(pure dead).

the khub v4 has was working with it. now im trying to setup with this kbox heros. khub doesnt show any light. do I need an external power to make it work with heros.

please help.

The heros doesn`t supply power to the hub..So yes...
