bev 4100 and 9400 JTAG help plz

hi,
i need to extract boxkeys from bev 4100 and 9400 ird's.
please can i know how to do it.

that's all bev had
plus the title said 4100...lol
they're not jtagging that or the 9400

error when typing i said the 4100 not the 3100
and i've a 9400...

I still have one or two of every model
but I did toss about 60 ird's when n3 came...lol
and I have enough old cards to make about 8 decks of cards...lol

i've 3x 4100 with card and 1x 9400 with card ...!!
i think no luck to jtagging's these models !!

they are NOT jtagable!!!
got 3 grand for a ball grid array reader?
if not let it go
