Hey Im not sure if this is the right category to write this? Im currently running dish 110/119 setup now i Want to go to hd so i see this dish signal is 129 will this give me about the same channels as I am getting now but in hd? Thanks

You will ether need a new Dish 1000.2 or a second dish with a DP single LNB on it and change the dish that has 110/119 on it to a DP twin plus, it has a second DP LNB input on it.
What type(s) of LNB(s) and dish do you have now?? And any switch involved??
if already running legacy they can add a second dish with a legacy lnb
