sorry to bother. I down loaded 3.24 . I can scan lots of channels , have a nice green bar for signals but connection BLANK
and all channels are scrambles. except 101 & 102 please help I need it.

check w/your IKS provider

If you are tuning in the free channels (101, 102) then your problem is with connection to your provider.. So maybe you entered the information wrong, or forgot to turn on the server after adding the info. Check all internet cables and ensure your STB has an active ip address on the router. GL

finally I restored everything again I put my code and password also .and now I see most of the channel back...thank you guys for helping me out
