a little more information please. Box name, make , model..........how is it hooked up Wifi, direct.....
Open settings and connect the wifi or Ethernet wait till its connected.
that should help.......where are settings lol

If hard wired make sure WiFi in settings is turned off and vice versa if running WiFi.
