Viewsat Ultra - Can't get the files to work that are in the files section

Viewsat Ultra 2000 w/xfta router

Used the software posted in the files section.
loaded PFTAUSW-Cleaner-U.PGM
loaded PFTAUSW-070421U.PGM
loaded PFTAUSW-080218U.PGM

Unit powers up fine, does a normal scan, shows all channels in program guide, even the guide updates when left on channel 200 for a few minutes.

But no video/audio except on channels 100, 101, 201, 349

This is the info shown in receiver information:

Can anyone identify the problem?

Did you do the serial setup in receiver?Did you setup the config file in the x-fta router?
