I'm connected but I do not have quality. Nothing is blocking the satellite. It's been 3 weeks with this problem. I have dish pro 500 twin lnb. I tried changing it but it still doesn't work. I've had my donation for like 3 months. Can someone help me? Thank you.
signal and no quality means your dish has probably moved
Is this a new set up or was it working before? If new then maybe your settings are off. Try listing your settings and maybe we can help. Also is this a single lnb with two eyes or two singles with a switch 21 to combine them. Also again does the correct sat show up as locked in the upper right corner? And please, the large font isn't going to help with your problem....

Everything was working before with these settings.
