one will and one wont

i purchased a second mega tvi and loaded it exactly the same way as the first....when i put the info into the server settings nothing.... i have tried everything even unplugging the first system and entering code into the second unit and no luck.... back to factory several times and starting fresh again.

has anyone had an issue like this..... the thing is i can put the code from the second unity into the first and all good ???????????

i checked the internet settings and all are fine.....

also nothing works in the iptv but im not sure if anything still works in that section anymore ?

can it be the box ?
