Android box

Any Android units able to replace classic OTA Antenna setup in order to get local tv channels?

The Avov Vixo Fuse is supposed to have an option for an OTA tuner and DVBS tuner but the OTA tuner is out of stock.

I'm not sure what is being asked for. An android box that streams local channels (I don't know of any locals that are allowed to stream entire programming--lots of copyright issues there), or like jedi suggests one that has ATSC convert.
You can stream locals to yourself, but not sure if any boxes that do that are android based.

You could get together a group of other folks in town and setup an adhoc local streaming. Odds are good you would not be shut down if discovered but if you use local wifi rather than run through an IP it would be better. Try a search for "IPTV headend"--the boxes are not very expensive and usually can be setup with a lot of streams. That type of box is often used in hotels.
