Strange Issue with NOI/IKS4SUNS

For the last while now I've been having a strange issue with NOI/IKS4SUNS. All the networking configurations are setup properly and the nfusion works. However only some channels get updated on the computer side.

Ex I'm on channel 200 and its working fine, on NOI I can see I'm on channel 200. Then let say I switch to channel 201. NOI continues to show channel 200. Then I'll switch to channel 202 and NOI will update.

So basically some channels update on the computer and others don't.

Any ideas?
