warranty issue

my dreamlink t1 plus died after 4 months and the emails, calls and chat do not respond dreamlink

Unless you bought from an authorised dealer the manufacturers warranty is basically useless.Most dealers have stopped selling dreamlinks because the owner would not replace bricked units
Contact your dealer for a replacement to see what he says
