T1 Trusted credentials list? Have you seen this list?

Looking through the menu of my Uncles Uncle T1 and saw all these "trusted" roots with all the check box's checked! Like China Internet Network information center, AVVC, Chunghwa Telecom.

Why should we trust them or any of these roots or certificates or whatever they are?

Settings>Android>Security>Credential Storage>Trusted Credentials

Should we be nervous? Should we delete?

Looks like they can be disabled or even cleared by the “clear credentials” (2 below Trusted credentials)

Oh, BTW, I discovered this looking for a setting to change what may be causing a newly downloaded Max apk to fail.

Once the app is clicked, (from the app menu) it will flash a login screen for .5 seconds and then disappear!
We can’t get it to stay up to enter Username and Password to Login!

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks guys/gals
