If some of your BuzzTV ARQ100 remote buttons are not working on your BuzzTV XPL 3000 (2018 edition) please follow the instructions below to fix the problem.

Please download the attached

Transfer it onto the root of a USB drive (not inside any sub folders)
Then plug it into one of the USB ports on your Buzz Box.

From the home screen, go to settings and Update
Select Local Update
You should see the file listed there, highlight it and then press ok to install it.

Your box should install it + reboot with it fully installed within 5-10 mins.

i like this remote has better response then the factory remote, i was trying the buttons and looks like the ones i use work i did notice the guide button didnt do the guide but i did find the star button bottm left above the red button is now the guide

so it has everything now

This actually gave me a few more working button on my ProChosen Air Mouse Remote.....Just dont have a guide button but can just do that through the menu button. Have all the other buttons needed working.
