BuzzTV does not start

BuzzTV xpl 3000 basic black screen and does not start
Please help me

1 Reboot sistema now
2 Apply update from EXT
3 Apply update from Data
4 Wiping data/factory reset
5 Wipe cache partition
6 Burn Keys

I get the same thing..
It's bricked and the only way to fix it is to send it in for a new factory file.
