Is this box a clone?

Hi all, i've read through the threads and I think this V30 is a clone, can someone confirm this on details below pls? I'd like to get it going, do i need load a new file or will it plug and play?

Loader: V 1.2.20
Hardware: V1.0.3
Database: V1.0.1
Firmware: V 4.0.02

Build date is 2015

I see allchunk posts, clone safe posts, etc.. i think i'm confusing myself more than helping myself lol
Can a kind member help me out?

Anything over V3 is a clone I beleive.V30 is plug & play.Don't load anything to it.
