Jynxbox WiFi will not auto connect.

I have 2 Jynxboxes V30 firmware 4.0.02

Neither box will automatically connect with the
WiFi antenna shipped with the units (purchased over 1 year apart)
Box has no problem rembering my network settings and password
But I have to go thru and manually force it to find the network and then connect it manually.
I have a much older jynxbox that never had any problems like this

Have any ideas? I have done all the standard things like rebooting without the stick and even going back to factory settings
