I was having issues with my xpl 3000 and did a reset now there is No streaming line box to check now after the reset.
How can i fix this issue tried updating but still nothing

Same issue on a 4500 for me, but it wasn't after a reset....it just wasn't there one day.I have not been able to recover it, but it's fine for mac based service so no biggy.Just a mystery.
