Blatant disregard of a court ruling & second offence.Big greed...big money...BIG trouble.
Well this is a bit different. These defendants entered into a permanent injunction thus ending this initial case and their business. So you would have thought. Except they decided to ignore the permanent injunction they agreed to and just started a new business.
The plaintiff therefore is asking the Court to reinstate the case that is currently close, to be re-open and then show just cause why they should not be held in contempt for violating the permanent injunction. It was noted in the original case the following

In addition, the Court ordered Defendants to preserve evidence and froze their assets based in part on evidence of Defendants’ extensive criminal backgrounds and long history of violating court orders.
So these Pirates are not your typical ones who got attracted to the commercial side of things, but rather career criminals it appears. They are not that moved by Civil litigation.

I have attached the doc showing they agreed to settle and two judgments against 2 defendants, plus permanent injunction. Looks like each agreed to a judgment of just over 43 million.
