My 4900 is stuck on the buzztv logo and then a pop up appears that says, " Buzz TV 5 isn't responding. It doen't matter if I click close app or wait it keeps doing the same thing.

sounds like something got corrupted
you might need to reset

I actually never new i received an update until Ryu mentioned it. Whatever happened makes my box freeze for quite awhile at start up with the message " Buzz TV 5 isn't responding". Leaving it alone for 5 minutes allows the home screen to load again making the box usable.Quote:
