For the last couple of days both of my 4900's lock up when changing channels, I get "stream is not available". If I go into server settings and press reconnect then it works again until I try another channel.

Have you tried both players?
Since it's affected both boxes it's more likely to be server related
What service?
what firmware and software versions do you have?
have you tried other video player?
