thanks guys.... mac and yes buzztv 5 app... tried plugging out the router and box then waiting, but still nothing. could it the service provider?

try a vpn to eliminate the isp

now getting http 403 Forbbidden

yup did it , and same result, 403.... is it isp doing this?

what service do you use for iptv?
perhaps a new url is needed?
are buzz boxes up to date on firmware and software?
I know old firmware/software used to constantly try to grab epg and caused issues with some services
