But keep in mind that (at least for some provinces):
On amazon they charge both taxes.
On buzztv global's web site, they only charge one tax and right now it also includes a free ARQ200 remote.

In Quebec, (all in) on amazon it comes to C$252.93, on BuzzTV Global site C$232.05 (with the current %15 BF discount which is on till Dec 1).

So cheaper and ARQ-200 included direct from Buzz. May not be the case in all provinces obviously.
