Buzz x5 remote not working

Buzz x5 remote only get red flashing light , put in new battery
Still the same , can’t not choose any from the Buzz box , do I need to
Purchase a new remote?

when you bought the x5 it comes with a url and qr code to remote manual
did you read it?

Is it possible that it lost it BLue tooth connection?

mine wasn't working the other day, i rebooted box and it worked

Can’t say I have ever had this issue, but happy a reboot fixed it
