ya you will the lotto, but before you can collect, the taxes come out first, so right off the bat you loose a big %, not as advertised the lotto is with 10,million , you think wow 10 million but you only get what ever after taxes, false advertisement,

I didnt win big , but when I had to cash the ticket, I got 58%
