A buddy of mine keeps getting this error message. 'Google Services Framework Stopped'
I've never seen this before and is there any way to get rid of this? Maybe factory reset?

clear cache
if that don't work clear data
Ill have them try and see what happens.
Did your buddy recently disable any Google services? I did and kept getting messages saying Google may not operate correctly. I couldn't find the option to stop notifications So I turned back onQuote:

Ended up doing a hard reset and that seems to have fixed the issue. Still not sure why it happened in the first place.
