Exercise is most important for our physical body and also for mental health. Do exercise as per you stamina such as you have to walk upto 5km per day but if you are not capable then do not hurt your body. Do exercise at the empty stomach and in the fresh weather.
Everybody knows that exercise is the best option for this.I do gym and swimming both.It makes me strong,increase my stamina,active and sharp minded.So try to join some gym or swimming,running,jogging what ever you like but do this on regular and continuous basis.BEST OF LUCK.
