Kitchen Aid dishwasher superba

Kitchen Aid Dishwasher Superba, KUDSOIFLSS6 s/n FS2848913

This dishwasher's door falls off, there is no resistance at all. It opens up in middle of running a cycle. Any ideas? I cant see any broken hinge

Underneath .on the side ..there will be spring(s)...could be broken or unhooked .

Take a look at this PDF file, it shows how the tension springs are attached.

Did you find the problem? (with your dishwasher)

I havent bought the house yet, hope to close in 10 days, then I will look. House was foreclosed on and only appliance they left was dishwasher.

Thank you guys, the spring did come loose and was on the floor re-attached and working...tyvm
