Been there, done it. Now I've got I/Os out of my system and I can return to a simpler way of life. If it wasn't the gas guzzling, it was the expensive repairs and the pain-in-the-butt hassle of winterizing. So in spring, the bowrider is going up for sale and once it's sold, the beer will be flowing.
I've got an 18hp Merc in my garage and all I need to look for is a 14' aluminum beater. :thumbsup:

Many moons ago we had a 26' cabin cruiser, basically a camper that floated lol. 350 chevy motor with an 80 gallon fuel tank and it seemed like we were constantly filling that tank. Still miss the boat but not the gas pump bills.
Guess I'll ever get over the need for speed.
