Well the women really showed what MMA was all about last night on Showtime. Ronda Rousey received her 5th submission in a row by arm bar. Taking the belt away from the current Champion Miesha Tate. I haven't seen anything like that since Tim Sylvia's arm was broken. It was a great night for MMA.

damn that was a nasty arm bar , it looked broke to me . i thought it was over the first time she caught her with it , its to bad i wanted tate to win .
