Updating I-pad 2 to IOS 5.1

I wish to update to IOS 5.1 on my I-pad 2 here. Please see attachment.
Can someone knowledgeable about this, please tell me what to click from here to do that ? Thanks.

Is their Any other easy process to update ios5 to my I pod 2 really it's importent for me

You can update using the latest I-tunes software.
But backup the apps and data to your p.c. before you update.
