Rebooted / reset however no HD for me, only SD.

Majority of HD still not working for me, but I do get HD sports channels.

I guess the team is still working on the HD fix

For the french HD channels there is only one of the Montreal local channels which is ICI Television on 2034 (1034) that is always working

There is no change in what we’re getting! Still a few of the HD sports and a slightfew other HD channels plus the SD’s areup

I get audio on Some HD channels that are down. This is taking too long to fix. Sorry,that's the truth. I am starting to look elsewhere.

This looks awfully similar to what happened with satb some time ago
customers were left with a skeleton service while he changed his name and reopened on another on the same exact server
time to go south

Sat9182 is on vacation. Everyone needs a vacation, now and then. He is doing his best to get SD going. Remember, this is a hobby. For those of you who want stable TV, then you have to go with sub, and not on IKS.

this is a test run If freezing starts we may have to cut a few hd again until I am back from vacation to fully fix issues

so far looks ok

Very stable. Was on Channel 807 for the news for 15 minutes and no freezing. Switch over to 806 now and very stable too. Thanks sat9182.

Service was not good, I made my opinion known. When service was restored, I gave the guy his due credit. I've had Service that was bad with someone else who didn't actually care and I moved on, even though he is still around. I am entitled to my opinion and so are you, I just don't care much for your opinions.
