If your receiver is Rebooting, then you have a problem with the Receiver not the server I would think

couple cards was offline try now they should be up

there is going to be a short downtime in next few min for hardware swap should be about 10 to 15 min

Lost connection just before 11:00 tonight.

hardware swapped server rebooting should be back up any min
