Up on 17010 but on very limited channels
i was down on port 35010 put it on channel 300 came back up ????
down on 17110 since yesterday

I have noise in all the channels but no picture and says scramble on port 15010.
Down in 12210 as of 7 pm EST

Just did a rescan and now the channels that were down are back up too. So all back up on 17010.
Tried that, still nothing.
up on 17110 and 10410 with no problems at all
