they are having hardware issues and are working on it it's not just our server but the hole host and they are working on it

Thanks guys, working fine now, took a while to find the problem. Feel kind of stupid. The lady told me that we lost current last night which cause my stb in my bedroom to turn on when electricty came back. So this morning in the living room the stb would not connect which is completely normal. Now that it works fine, i'm going outside lollllll
Is north down just says connecting and that is as far as it goes checked all connections redid stb and same thing?
