left over prime rib from other night......burp.....Iam eating toorich these days,I don't want to gain that weight again.THE way I got rid of 55 pounds was not exacly the right way!(brain stroke)

Red sauce rice w/ shredded chicken and carmelized plantains and a green salad.
Tuna with Garlic Cheese Biscuits
Beef and pork kabobs and green beans.
Grilling 1/4 back attached chicken legs with potato salad and cold slaw.
Spagheti withmeat sauce and italian sausage.
bbq T-bone steaks corn on the kob and salad.
