I'm down too on 35911 though rocket website says it's up.

I had a 14 digit rocket code and I guess that It was deactivated based on what I read here. I sent an email to iksrocket just to inquire why it stopped working, never got any explanation (email was sent a week ago). However, as soon as I sent an email to inquire how I can get a donation I received a reply back in 5 minutes. wondering if someone is only inetrested by making money. Anyway Rocket people, you're just bunch of losers.
I have the same problem with mine also with 14 digit codes was deactivated the same time and now none of them are working. (to be exact 7 total ) now all of us have no tv. The codes we ordered was a really short time.
my rocket is frezzing alot it has been doing it for over a week i checked the ip server its correct and my code is still good i rest router rest box is anyone else having this issue or can help me to fix it thanks
Google speedtest and run the program. Look for packet losses and lag times.. If you have packet losses or high lag times its your Internet Service Provider.
my ping is 35 ms and 11.44mbsp and uplod is 4.11mbs and it still is freezing

up, but freezes most of the time. the 14 digit was occasionally freezes , but 12 digits new code freezes all the time can anyone help ?
