BIG UPDATE! 9/21/2019

We have successfully migrated to our new platform. We have done some testing and things are looking really good. You will notice an error when you load the APK just ignore it we have to figure out what is causing that but channels will still load. We have worked for 48 hours straight and we finally have some channels going. We will be adding all channels back over the next few days. USA/SPORTS/CANADA will be first priority and hopefully we can be all sorted for NFL Sunday!

PS user accounts are still importing so your account may or may not work right now but within the next 5 hours they should all be good to go!

You will also notice Buffering and Channels Coming and Going During these testing Periods " STB Blocked MSG, Network Errors, You could be watching tv and it go out"

So we had a little mix up, the channels we had working last night were erased when importing our data from our old platform. Not to worry we will get on readding them back. No working channels right now, we will update in a bit when we have them back online!

Will a new APK be required?

When channels come back online the service will also come back online, Channels may very, "IF" there is a new apk that is released it I will make an announcement so everyone will know about this

Is it normal to be seeing a 404 error when launching STB EMU when the service is down?

what do you think 404 means?

We are still working away! The influx of services all switching to the same software has caused some load issues. We are making progress and just wanted to update everyone again!

We will be adding 2 weeks to all accounts once up and running!

answer to jeffg1 yes its a network error as the services are totally down right now

I know what 404 means...however, usually an error like STB is not recongized or whatever appears, not a website error message, considering STB EMU is an app that is installed. I didn't know the app is just a website and not actual app.

YOU WILL SEE NFL GAMES ARE UP MAY NEED TO FORCE STOP CLEAR CACHE AND DATA RELOGIN. OTHERS WILL BE ADDED AS WE MOVE FORWARD

This is for Streamline accounts only, Username & Password are able to login, you may get a network error but when you goto live tv NFL GamePass is there

1:28 PM We got sorted just in the nick of time for nfl sunday. We will monitor for the first bit and start adding usa/sports soon.

1:52 PM Going to be very glitchy today, lots happening in the background. New platform are making changes all day today and that will effect us.

"Streamline" is a type of account Which is the username and password account,

No MAC'S are working as of right now

We Are Working Directly With Developers And In The Process Of Getting Things Corrected.

Our Database Is Massive And Causing The System Itself To Hang. Custom Code Needs To Be Written And It Doesn't Happen Instantly.

Until This Is Corrected There Will Be Issues Connecting And/Or Displaying Channels.

Please Refrain From Asking For Support Until We Give The Go Ahead

Were waiting on some back end fixes from this new middleware provider so customers can connect. We are giving them to the end of the day today or we are switching to another option we have been told is up and running.

We will be adding 1 month free to everyones accounts. We are hoping to be running sometime on tuesday. We are waiting on our apk developer to update our app!

Wil that be for MAC also or only streamline?

We will have to wait and see for the time being Im just passing along the info as I get it that way no one is left in the dark, I will try to get an answer for this tho
