Why will my desktop post pictures and my cell phone says to small when trying to post. It's like nothing there until I write something

So when I click on the pic I get the larger image, than copy that larger image and post....
Before posting one can preview post (Bottom right hand corner) and if it is not correct one can repost until it is correct.
